BATCH TESTED
Every Genius Weft and K-Tip is tested by a member of the Monroe team to ensure the hair is single-donor, cuticle-intact, and free of return hairs. Only hair that meets the Monroe standard is chosen.
HAND SELECTED
Poor-quality extensions often receive a temporary silicone coating to disguise lack of shine. Monroe extensions are silicone-free, ensuring lasting quality and durability.
SALON TRUSTED
Monroe Genius Wefts and K-Tips are both used daily in our founder’s salon K&Co. After quality checks are completed, Monroe Pros install extension products for loyal clientele who rave about Monroe shine, and durability. Each extension shade and type has been approved by multiple Monroe Pros, clients, and our founder herself.

Kim Wallace Founder & CEO
Kim resisted working in salons after being raised by a hair stylist. Her mother, and aunt dragged her to the grand opening of a nearby cosmetology school. In spite of herself, she fell in love with beauty and hair. She set out to empower herself, and her staff to build their businesses, grow their clientele, and learn the latest techniques.

Monroe Hair is upfront about sourcing our Genius Wefts, and K-Tips from China. With limited FDA regulations and oversight for imported goods, our Monroe staff ensures three rounds of quality control checks once the hair arrives in Texas. We ensure the hair is single-donor, cuticle-intact, and free of return hairs.
